24 Apr 2008 - Violence in Woodhouse park..!

There was an incident this afternoon in Woodhouse park involving a large group of teenage boys.

At about 4pm a group of boys attacked and beat another boy before being challenged by a lady in the park with her children.

Previously the boys, who were in their late teens, were seen in the park and running up and down Woodhouse Lane.

Another lady, a local childminder in the park with her children, called 999 and the youths fled the scene of the attack.

Clearly incidents of this type are unacceptable and anyone witnessing this type of incident is urged to call 999 at once and leave a message on this site so that WACAG can take them forward with the local police.
